About Us

Strategic Research Group is a women-owned full service research company located in Columbus, Ohio. We conduct research and evaluation for federal, state, and local agencies.  Headed by Drs. Tina Kassebaum and Kristen Heimdal, SRG combines both academic and applied knowledge providing our clients with scientifically rigorous results that are actionable and understandable. SRG also has a full complement of support staff to assist with both quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Our capabilities include a fully staffed computer assisted telephone interviewing center that offers full monitoring and recording capabilities, a mail/self-administered survey division that utilizes our own customized data entry system whereby all data are entered twice and compared to eliminate recording error, and web survey capabilities using our own software so that the surveys can be customized in various ways in order to meet the needs of our clients while being visually appealing and user-friendly at the same time.
