Telephone Surveys

SRG has superb telephone survey capabilities. Since its founding, SRG has consistently had at least one active telephone survey project and often several at the same time. The survey unit consists of 30 state-of-the-art telephone-interviewing stations, with expansion capabilities of up to 40 stations. The survey unit houses the most up-to-date computer network and monitoring equipment. SRG uses a computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) program that was developed in-house. Our system allows the programmer to be in control of the way questions are asked, which questions are asked, and when each question is asked.
