SRG principals conducted the Ohio State Parks Customer Satisfaction Study for seven years using a random sample of 700 Ohio adults who have used a state park each year. The study was designed to track customer satisfaction trends on a variety of services offered at the parks. The study examined visitors’ park usage, activities, and satisfaction with the available recreational opportunities and facilities.
