This study of resident satisfaction
and community needs in Upper Arlington included focus groups,
personal interviews of public opinion leaders, and a telephone
survey of 500 Upper Arlington residents. The assessment included
questions rating city services with in-depth questions on city
parks, city police, traffic, safety, and communication issues,
as well as satisfaction with city staff and city council, opinions
regarding economic development, and a wide variety of financial
issues. The report provided statistical analysis to make comparisons
among groups, and used the data to make recommendations for future
planning purposes.
